Additive Manufacturing

Managing the entire process chain

Hirschvogel provides the entire process chain, from part design and development to generative part production and finishing.

In so doing, we fully exploit the possibilities of additive manufacturing by using bionic designs and taking functional requirements into account.

Additive manufacturing is used for the:

  • production of samples, prototypes, tools and accessories made of metal
  • serial production of metal parts

Furthermore, plastic parts are produced in the FDM process:

  • demonstration parts, fixtures

Quality Assurance Methods for Laser Beam Melting

13.09.2018

Over the past few years, additive manufacturing has been increasingly developing away from conventional rapid prototyping to the manufacture of functional parts and serial products. In this context, the requirements on achieving uniform and reproducible part quality are growing continuously. Hirschvogel Tech Solutions is taking on this challenge using consistent and clearly structured processes as well as comprehensive quality assurance measures in the build-up process.

Integrated Process Chain for Exploiting the Potential of Additive Manufacturing

01.05.2018

As early as the part design stage and in particular during the subsequent preparation of the building up process, it is important to consider the factors of laser beam melting that affect quality and costs.

Integrated Process Chain for Exploiting the Potential of Additive Manufacturing

01.03.2018

The possibilities which additive manufacturing offers can only be exhausted if the entire process chain – from the requirement specification to the ready-for-assembly part – is taken into account. With the employees at Hirschvogel Tech Solutions, our customers have proven experts at their side for all aspects along the process chain.
